We would like to thank each and every one of you for the love and support we have received during our temporary closing.

We are so grateful to have the most amazing clients!

While we have been apart, David Ezra Salon & Spa has been planning for all new cleaning and sanitation procedures for our RE-OPENING!

 

 We are now offering hair, nail & spa services seven days a week! Our staff is Barbarcide-Covid-19 Certified and excited to see you! 

 

We will be following all state-board guidelines to protect our client’s and staff’s health. 

 

Time will be incorporated to each appointment to give stylists enough time to thoroughly clean and disinfect stations and tools between each client. 

Our staff will have the following Personal Protection Equipment on while in the salon: 

  • Gloves changed after each client

  • Face mask

 

Booking Appointments:

Please Call (973)628-7803 to request an appointment for hair services. For any nail or spa services: Please book online HERE.  All appointment requests will be responded to in the order we receive them. Please be patient while we try to accommodate everyone’s requests.  At the current time, we will not be accepting any walk-in clients and for the foreseeable future, we will require an appointment to be made in advance. 

Please tell us prior to your appointment if you used at-home box color as we may require you to send a photo by email so we can schedule accordingly. If we need to use extra color, we will charge accordingly.

 

Checking in For Appointment: 

We now have Self Check-in Kiosks located at the front door of our salon for you to check-in and your service provider will automatically be notified of your arrival. At that point, please wait in the lobby and maintain 6ft social distance until they greet you.

 

 

  • Unless you need assistance or an aid, we ask that only the client being serviced enter the salon (no children/parents/friends may accompany you).

  • Upon entering our salon, it will be mandatory for you to wear a face mask in order to comply with CDC Guidelines.

  • Temperatures of all clients and staff will be taken using our new thermometers; any client temperature reading 100.4 or above will be kindly asked to reschedule, and staff will be sent home until they are symptom free. 

  • All clients will sign off on a health questionnaire and will consent to our policies. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone experiencing or displaying any COVID-19 symptoms. 

 

 

When you come in for your visit you will see the following changes:

  • Plexiglass barrier to separate manicurist and client

  • Barriers between each shampoo sinks

  • Suspended barriers between each pedicure chair 

  • Closed off middle dryer(s) for highlight processing 

  • Each client will be given either a freshly laundered cape or disposable cape 

  • Hand sanitizer will be available at entrance and throughout the salon

Checking Out for Appointments:

  • Your service provider will alert the guest service team of your retail product needs and they will prepare those products for you before checkout.  

  • You will have the option for contact-less check out with our secure systems's ability to use a credit card on file in your client account. Please call (973)628-7803 before your appointment if you would like to use this option as this will alleviate the transaction process.

  • All credit cards used as a form of payment for services, will be charged a 2% convenience fee with our new processing system as we now accept American Express based on our clients requests. Cash, check and debit transactions will not be charged this 2% fee.

  • Due to the cost of all the new systems, personal protective equipment and cleaning protocols we now have in place to protect our staff and clients, there will be a $4 Covid-19 cleaning fee charged per visit.
